Easter Bark


Another quick and easy treat for Easter parties.

Needed:  12oz bag of white chocolate chips, 2 teaspoons of vegetable shortening, Sweet Tart Jelly Beans

Directions:  Microwave the chips and shortening in a bowl for a minute, stir.  Continue to melt in increments of 10 seconds until it's a smooth consistency.  Stir in about 3/4 cup of jelly beans.  Pour onto wax paper and spread.  Sprinkle more jelly beans on top.  Place in refrigerator for 15 minutes or until hardened.  Break and eat.  Enjoy!
